We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established property company, for a reliable and skilled Handyperson to support the maintenance of their residential and commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties

Complete basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Ensure properties remain safe, well-presented, and compliant
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role

Strong practical skills and problem-solving ability

Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
