Daily Supervisor Facilities & Estates

Location: North London

Salary: 43,000 (pro rata)

Contract: Temporary (3 months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:00pm

 

We are currently recruiting for a Daily Supervisor to support a Facilities & Estates team on a 3-month temporary basis in North London.

 

The Role:

This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Supervisors, Maintenance Operatives, and Drivers
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor work using D365, including work orders and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to manage service requests and priorities
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, policies, and audits
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and registers
  • Oversee maintenance and servicing of vehicles, plant, and equipment
  • Act as the main point of contact for Facilities & Estates

 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within facilities, estates, or maintenance
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety and compliance processes
  • Experience using systems such as D365 (desirable)
  • Ability to manage teams and prioritise workloads effectively
