Job Duties: Vice President, Regulatory Reporting - Trade Level with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Execute key risk and control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations, in particular Americas swap regulations (CFTC Part 45 (P45), CFTC Part 43 (P43), CFTC Part 23 Material Terms Reconciliation (P23 MET Rec), SEC Securities Based Swap (SBS) reporting, and Ontario). Apply extensive subject matter expertise in major Americas swap regulations to detect anomalies in reporting data; delve into complex system infrastructure to understand impact of data flows and booking models on reporting quality; leverage large data sets and samples to reach conclusions. Identify solutions to correct system issues, documenting requirements to high quality, performing tests prior to new code deployment to identify an accurate resolution. Consult on business and functional projects to facilitate commercial activity in adherence with Americas swap regulations. Work collaboratively across multiple business lines and stakeholder groups in strategic initiatives across global swap reporting regulations and the broader global Regulatory Operations department. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the business, Engineering, Compliance and Legal to support various reporting functions. Train and motivate colleagues to achieve personal and departmental business and risk targets.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years in the following: working knowledge of derivative financial products, including at least one of equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodity and credit derivatives; using excel to perform analytics of reporting data for the purpose of assessing correct reporting or reporting anomalies; and understanding complex workflows and condense into a diagrammatic summary for training purposes. Prior experience must include two (2) years in the following: working knowledge of the rules underlying CFTC Part 45 (P45), CFTC Part 43 (P43), CFTC Part 23 Material Terms Reconciliation (P23 MET Rec), SEC Securities Based Swap (SBS) reporting or global equivalent; working knowledge of swap data repository vendor offerings, including submission requirements and validations (DTCC, or global equivalent such as TRAX); working knowledge of industry trade eligibility vendor offerings (DROIT, or global equivalent); and working knowledge of project management and requirement documentation tooling including industry tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Blueprint or equivalent.
