HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL  

  • Strategic Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Regional Business Developers (RBDs) to deeply understand prospect needs, proactively identify innovative tools and resources, and craft compelling solutions that accelerate sales opportunities and significantly amplify our market presence.
  • Market Intelligence & Pipeline Development: Conduct rigorous, data-driven research to cultivate and expand a robust regional pipeline of corporate sales leads, identifying and qualifying high-potential opportunities.
  • Lead Management & Coordination: Efficiently manage and coordinate inquiries from regional advisors regarding new employment or board positions held by their clients, transforming these insights into actionable sales leads.
  • Collaborative Client Strategy: Partner with cross-functional internal teams to meticulously research and analyze marketing leads, ensuring a precise understanding of client and prospect needs to strategically position Goldman Sachs Ayco's comprehensive services.
  • High-Impact Material Development: Collaborate with RBDs to conceptualize, develop, and refine bespoke client and prospect materials, including persuasive presentations, comprehensive proposals, insightful peer analyses, program reviews, rollout strategies, and detailed program timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal counterparts and actively participate in key client/prospect teleconferences and meetings, providing essential support and strategic insights.
  • Opportunity Tracking & Follow-up: Systematically maintain and track institutional opportunities within your region, meticulously documenting and facilitating follow-up actions from prospect and client discussions, leveraging Salesforce for internal management.
