Job Description
Drive meaningful AUM growth through close collaboration with Innovator Sales, GS generalist sales, and GS ETF specialist teams. Serve as a trusted investment partner and subject matter expert across Defined Outcome strategies and portfolio construction, delivering insights that support advisor engagement and client outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive awareness and adoption of Innovators flagship ETFs across all sales channels.
- Represent Innovator at large group meetings and events, serving as the investment strategist and product expert.
- Serve as a primary client-facing resource for advisor conversations, client calls, and prospect inquiries.
- Deliver actionable portfolio implementation ideas that demonstrate how Innovators core strategies can be effectively integrated into client portfolios.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of ETF related experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related discipline required.
- CFA, MBA and/or CIMA designation(s) preferred.
- Strong communicator with confident presentation skills.
- Personable, approachable, and highly trustworthy.
- Deep expertise in products, markets, and portfolio construction, with a proven ability to translate insights into clear, actionable ideas.
