Job description
Gartner seeks a Norwegian-speaking Client Success Associate to help clients maximize their investment by understanding business priorities, breaking down challenges, and supporting effective decision-making across various business practices.
Primary responsibilities include partnering with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices to ensure successful use of Gartner subscriptions. The role involves introducing Gartner services, managing accounts, and connecting clients with Gartner's expert community.
Candidates require a Bachelor's degree with 6+ months professional experience, demonstrated success in client relations, strong communication and critical thinking skills, and native or business-level Norwegian language proficiency. Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and leverage insights to drive client engagement is crucial.
