Job description
Gartner is seeking an Account Executive in Barcelona to join their fastest growing regional sales function. The role involves acquiring and retaining clients in the emerging tech provider space, with a focus on consultative selling and full sales cycle management.
As an Account Executive for EMSE, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with emerging tech providers. This involves owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closure, and working closely with clients to ensure they understand and receive maximum value from Gartner services.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of consultative selling experience, demonstrated success in sales, strong commercial intellect, and executive presence. Key requirements include fluency in English and German, experience managing a book of business, and the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, competitive environment. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
