Primary responsibilities include processing monthly UK payroll for 1,500 employees using ADP IHCM NGUX platform, collating payroll data, calculating PAYE and NI, preparing maternity pay schedules, managing pension reconciliations, and submitting monthly reports to management and HMRC.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years UK payroll experience, proficiency in ADP systems, ability to manually calculate gross-to-net payroll, in-depth knowledge of statutory legislations like SSP, SMP, SAP, and solid understanding of current pension and parental leave regulations. Strong Excel skills with V-lookups and pivot tables are essential.
