Job description
The Employee Relations Manager will report to the VP of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and work closely with regional HR teams. This critical role involves managing complex employee relations challenges, supporting organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations across the organization.
As an Employee Relations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving complex workplace issues, providing strategic guidance on HR policies, conducting thorough workplace investigations, managing sensitive employee conflicts, and developing proactive strategies to maintain a positive organizational culture and minimize potential legal risks.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in employee relations, a deep understanding of employment law, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global, matrix organization, with a demonstrated track record of resolving complex employee relations challenges is required.
