About the Department:

  • The Global Corporate Investment Accounting (GCIA) team manages investment accounting, reporting, and operational controls that support the company’s global investment platforms. The team partners with technology, finance, and operational groups to strengthen data quality and enhance accounting processes. Team members collaborate in a structured, fast-paced environment, offering opportunities to develop technical, analytical, and cross-functional skills while contributing to highly visible financial outcomes.

How You Will Add Value?

Daily / Weekly Responsibilities – You will:

  • Partner with GCIA and Technology to build automation and analytics solutions.

  • Develop tools using Power Platform, Python, SQL, and Macros to improve processes.

  • Translate accounting needs into clear technical requirements.

  • Provide techno-functional support for investment accounting systems.

  • Support controls, reconciliations, and exception reporting.

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and audit standards.

Monthly / Quarterly Responsibilities – You will:

  • Support close cycles, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

  • Build dashboards and analytical models to enhance reporting.

  • Improve data quality and automate workflows.

  • Contribute to transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Other Responsibilities – You will:

  • Communicate with managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Support cross‑departmental initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit materials.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Technology.

  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals.

  • Experience in a techno-functional finance or accounting role.

  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

  • Relevant certifications such as Python or SQL.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong skills in Power Platform, Python, SQL, Power BI, Macros, and Excel.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Clear communication and strong documentation habits.

  • High attention to detail and strong organization.

Work Shift Timing - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
