About the department
MOCS IBOR (Investment Book of Record) Services ensures accurate reconciliation and accounting for global investment funds. The team collaborates closely to maintain data integrity and support operational excellence. Joining this department offers exposure to international financial operations and opportunities to develop expertise in fund accounting and reconciliation.
How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
You will review transactions and verify reconciliations between systems and bank statements.
You will check data integrity and identify discrepancies.
You will resolve reconciliation breaks with internal teams and custodian banks.
You will support operational tasks and respond to ad hoc queries.
You will provide accurate data to internal and external stakeholders promptly.
You will prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
You will contribute to departmental projects and process improvements.
You will work in an international environment using English daily.
What will help you be successful in this role
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
Experience in mutual fund accounting.
Strong English communication skills.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze and resolve moderate complexity issues.
Soft Skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
