About the Department:
The Performance, Risk & Reporting team ensures high-quality investment data and reporting across Clarion Partners real estate strategies. The team works closely with accounting, portfolio management, valuation, operations, and external partners to deliver accurate performance, risk, and investor reporting. You will join a collaborative, detail-driven environment focused on automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement, gaining deep exposure to institutional real estate investments and global stakeholders.
How Will You Add Value?
You will ingest and process fund, investment, and asset-level real estate data.
You will validate data using completeness checks, variance analysis, and system tie-outs.
Investigate data issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
Produce recurring internal and external performance and risk reports.
You will build and maintain automated dashboards and recurring reports.
You will support investor and prospect data requests with accurate reporting packages.
You will calculate performance metrics and reconcile results to approved source data.
Support attribution and risk analysis with clear supporting commentary.
Automate workflows using SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or Python.
Document processes and improve reporting reliability and auditability.
What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field.
Three to six years in investment management, real estate, or data-intensive finance roles.
MBA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and relational databases.
Experience building reports in Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with automation tools such as Power Query or Python.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
High attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage deadlines during peak reporting periods.
Willingness to work with partial overlap to United States time zones.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
