About the Department:

  • The Global Information Security team leads the company’s Crisis Management and Cyber Security Risk programs. This department manages security operations, incident response, compliance, and risk management. Team members collaborate across functions and levels, fostering a culture of resilience and continuous improvement. Joining this team means working in a dynamic, supportive environment where your contributions help protect the organization and drive strategic security initiatives.

How You Will Add Value?


Core Responsibilities:

You Will:

  • Ensure compliance with the Crisis Management program and deliver training.

  • Manage critical security events and coordinate incident investigations.

  • Prioritize crisis and cybersecurity incidents to minimize business impact.

  • Act as an escalation point and incident response coordinator.

  • Adapt response processes to company changes.

  • Present incident analysis and trends to leadership.

  • Review processes and recommend improvements.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Lead incident response exercises to identify gaps and engage stakeholders.

  • Maintain and improve Incident Response playbooks and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, HR, Technology, and Business teams.

Team & Collaboration:

  • Monitor internal and external events and align with infrastructure teams.

  • Communicate incident details from investigation to resolution.

  • Drive change and support business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with incident response workflows and participate in audits.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?


Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, certification, or 5–8 years of related experience.

  • 2–3 years of leadership experience.

  • Experience leading incident or crisis response teams.

  • Experience in a 24x7 operational environment.

  • Experience with globally distributed teams.

  • Experience improving response processes at scale.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or cybersecurity preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Effective decision-making skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with staff and executives.

  • Team-oriented and resilient under pressure.

Job Level - Individual Contributor

Work Shift Timings - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Flexible work schedule, Willing to work outside normal business hours to support critical incidents, including evenings or weekends when necessary)
