About The Department:
 

Franklin Templetons proprietary Goals Optimization Engine (GOE) is a patented B2B2C digital platform that delivers goals-based wealth and retirement solutions across multiple distribution channels and global markets. The team partners closely with U.S. Client Success, Sales, and Finance to support onboarding, billing, and compliance in a regulated, control focused environment. Team members collaborate cross functionally, drive process improvements, and gain broad exposure to global digital wealth and retirement operations.

How you will Add Value?

  • You will lead operational onboarding for retirement and wealth management clients.

  • You will perform Office of Foreign Assets Control screening and document investigation outcomes.

  • You will calculate and validate managed account fees in accordance with contractual schedules and asset tiers.

  • You will reconcile billing outputs and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Finance and clients.

  • You will analyze errors, identify root causes, and recommend preventive controls.

  • You will maintain documentation, internal controls, and audit readiness across operational processes.

  • You will support automation initiatives and agentic AI workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.

What will help you be Successful in this Role?

Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in an operations, business operations, or analyst role.

  • Experience working in regulated, risk-aware, or control-focused environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for transaction processing, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Experience using digital tools, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail with effective prioritization and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a service-oriented environment.

  • Work on-site

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support change effectively.

  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and openness to change.
