About the department


The Regulatory Reporting Team ensures Franklin Templeton meets global regulatory requirements through data-driven reporting. The team works with large financial datasets, automated processes, and complex calculations. Collaboration, technical problem-solving, and innovation are central to how we operate. Joining this team offers exposure to regulatory frameworks and hands-on experience with financial data and reporting tools.

Core Responsibilities

  • You will prepare, validate, and automate regulatory and client reports.

  • You will analyze financial data and perform quality checks.

  • You will support projects related to regulatory reporting.

  • You will use Excel, VBA, SQL, and PowerQuery to improve workflows.

  • You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate data delivery.


What will help you be successful in this role


Experience & education

  • Enrolled in a degree program in IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or Economics.


Technical skills

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Familiarity with PowerQuery, VBA, SQL, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently.


Soft skills

  • English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • High attention to detail.
