About the department

The Learning Experience and Design team at Franklin Templeton creates high-quality learning experiences that support the Franklin Templeton Academy and enable professional development across the organization. The team includes learning designers and content specialists working collaboratively across global locations and time zones. Team members partner closely, follow structured design processes, and use modern learning tools to deliver impactful solutions. Joining the team offers hands-on experience in global learning design, exposure to industry-leading tools, and collaboration with international professionals.

How you will add value

  • You will update learning materials using current industry data.

  • You will localize and version content for different regions.

  • You will create engaging presentations for webinars and virtual learning.

  • You will develop self-paced courses using Articulate Rise.

  • You will support multiple learning projects from design to delivery.

  • You will convert instructor-led materials into self-paced formats.

  • You will collaborate closely with global learning designers.


What will help you be successful in this role

Experience

  • Current student with valid status throughout the internship

  • Available to work 25–30 hours per week

  • Strong organization skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Interest in learning design and the investment industry


Technical Skills

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Familiarity with learning authoring tools is an advantage

  • Basic audio or video editing skills are a plus


Soft Skills

  • Clear written and verbal English communication

  • Creative mindset with attention to brand guidelines

  • Ability to explain complex topics to adult learners
