Franklin Templeton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital-asset focused projects, acting as product owner for the Benji platform and release manager for development pipelines. You will define plans, oversee execution through closure, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks and stakeholder communications, and refine workflows to improve delivery. The role partners closely with engineering, product, and business teams and is focused on blockchain and tokenization initiatives within an asset management/fintech environment. This is a remote US-position with core hours aligned to Pacific Time.

About the department
The Digital Assets Technology group leads Franklin Templeton’s blockchain and tokenization initiatives, delivering solutions that advance the firm’s financial innovation strategy. The team brings together technologists and business partners who collaborate closely in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. Joining this group gives you the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, shape high‑impact digital‑asset programs, and grow alongside experienced innovators.
How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital asset-focused projects from small to large in scale.
You will act as a product owner for the Benji platform and prioritize changes that are of the highest value to meet overall goals.
You will act as a release manager to sort out conflicts, assess risk of changes and manage development work through the pipeline.
You will define plans and oversee project execution through closure.
You will partner with engineering, product, and business resources and stakeholders.
You will facilitate Agile ceremonies to support delivery and hold the team accountable for adhering to guidelines.
You will assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
You will escalate critical issues when needed.
You will maintain reports, dashboards, and project documentation including communication to executives and project stakeholders.
You will refine workflows and improve project processes.
What will help you be successful in this role
Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project management experience.
Experience in financial services or technology.
Knowledge of transfer agent functions, blockchain and tokenization preferred but not required.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Scrum Master are preferred but not required.
Background in software development or systems analysis.
Technical Skills
Agile and Scrum proficiency; experience with Jira and Confluence.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, and CI/CD environments.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Work Schedule & Location
Remote US hours 7am PT – 4pm PT
