About the Department:
Our Generative AI team delivers innovative, secure, and compliant AI solutions that directly support enterprise strategy. We work closely with business leaders, data scientists, architects, and compliance partners to build AI products that create measurable business value. The environment is fast‑moving, collaborative, and experimentation‑driven, offering opportunities to influence enterprise‑wide AI adoption and deepen technical and strategic expertise.
How You Will Add Value?
Strategic Responsibilities:
You Will:
Translate business priorities into meaningful AI use cases.
Define clear product narratives outlining user needs and outcomes.
Build annual vision statements and quarterly roadmaps.
Innovation & Experimentation:
Lead workshops to uncover high‑value GenAI opportunities.
Prototype concepts with data science partners.
Document experiments and track progression to production.
Monitor innovation metrics and learning velocity.
Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management:
Manage backlogs for product features and model lifecycle.
Refine prompts, model parameters, and data sources.
Define evaluation criteria and ensure thorough testing.
Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops.
Responsible AI & Governance:
Assess risks and ensure adherence to Responsible AI standards.
Implement privacy, security, and bias‑mitigation controls.
Maintain documentation and support audit processes.
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams on approvals.
Business Value, Adoption & Change Management:
Define adoption metrics and ensure they are measurable.
Support training partners with use cases and product insights.
Gather user feedback and convert it into product improvements.
Report adoption progress and business outcomes.
Architecture & Technical Alignment (Preferred):
Understand GenAI system components and technical constraints.
Co‑develop solution blueprints with architects and engineers.
Ensure integrations meet enterprise standards.
Optimize performance, cost, and observability components.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience:
Background in AI product management or digital product leadership.
Experience working with data science and engineering teams.
Exposure to model lifecycle and evaluation frameworks.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of Generative AI architectures and model workflows.
Ability to work with evaluation metrics and quality controls.
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong storytelling and communication skills.
Comfort with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
