About the department
Institutional Client Service EMEA is a dynamic front-office team focused on onboarding and post-sale support for institutional clients. Acting as client advocates within FT, we work closely with sales and client coverage teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure long-term satisfaction.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and support new client onboarding across various investment vehicles and oversee key account events such as post-launch changes and closures, collaborating with clients and third parties.
By joining us, you will be part of a collaborative and successful team, working directly with clients, sales professionals, and industry partners, and have the opportunity for professional growth and development.

You will lead or support onboarding for institutional clients across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
You will coordinate major account events, including changes and closures.
You will ensure compliance with internal governance processes.
