About The Department:
The Collateral team in Investment & Trade Client Services manages derivative margining and collateral processes that help reduce counterparty risk. The team works closely with Front Office, Risk, Settlements, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely operations. Joining this team provides exposure to global markets, hands‑on risk management, and opportunities to strengthen technical, analytical, and collaboration skills.
How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities:
You will ensure margin requirements are calculated and met on time.
You will optimize collateral usage with Front and Middle Office teams.
You will monitor derivative trade exposures across multiple agreements.
You will resolve margin and collateral inquiries with custodians and brokers.
You will collaborate with Settlements, Pricing, Risk, and Middle Office teams.
You will prepare and maintain performance metrics and reports.
You will improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Knowledge of investment products and financial instruments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Technical Skills:
Experience with automation tools such as Power Query and Power Automate.
Familiarity with Power BI, VBA, and SQL.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
High attention to detail and strong time‑management ability.
Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
Positive, proactive approach to work.
Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM–11:00 PM / 3:30 PM–12:30 PM IST
