About The Department:

  • The Accounts Payable team supports the organization by ensuring accurate invoice processing, strong financial controls, and timely vendor payments. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain compliance with accounting standards. Joining this team offers hands‑on exposure to global finance operations, opportunities to improve processes, and the chance to build strong operational and stakeholder‑management skills.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will process and code invoices accurately and on time.

  • You will manage PO, non‑PO, and fund invoices per company policies.

  • You will prioritize high‑value and urgent invoices daily.

  • You will apply indirect taxes such as TDS, VAT, and GST correctly.

  • You will resolve invoice holds, rejections, and discrepancies.

  • You will monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue items.

  • You will ensure approvals comply with financial control policies.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • You will identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • You will support automation and workflow enhancements.

  • You will analyze errors and recommend preventive controls.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Commerce degree with M.Com or MBA in Finance.

  • 3–5 years of accounts payable experience in a global environment.

  • Understanding of indirect taxation and accounting principles.

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Coupa, or Workday.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills for transaction processing and reporting.

  • Ability to work efficiently in ERP‑based accounting systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Ability to work under deadlines in a service‑oriented environment.

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support change.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
