Fitch Learning is seeking an Associate Director, Sales & Business Development based in our Chicago office.

 

About the Team

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven sales professional to help grow Fitch Learnings presence across the financial services market. This role is focused on sales by developing strategic client relationships, generating new business, and leading consultative sales conversations for our premium training and learning solutions.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across client organizations, identifying opportunities to sell and deliver tailored solutions that address business needs and create long-term value. This is an exciting sales opportunity to expand our client base, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive revenue growth in a highly visible commercial sales role.

  • Requires travel for approximately 20% to 40% of the time
  • This is a sales role and is commission-eligible from day one

  • Generate new business and grow sales revenue across target accounts
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking

Base pay is one part of Fitchs total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
