The Enterprise Talent Marketing and Partnerships team is looking to hire a Social Media Associate to join a dynamic group. In this role, youll help develop, manage, and execute both organic and paid social media strategies for our @FidelityJobs channelshighlighting our culture and increasing awareness of career opportunities at Fidelity.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelors degree in marketing/communications, or related field
1-3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on organic and paid social media. Agency experience a plus
Portfolio of social media content is required
You possess a strong understanding of the major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and others)
Proven ability to create and edit short-form video content (such as Reels, TikToks)
You have experience in content creation for social media with a creative eye and willingness to push boundaries on new ideas and concepts
Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for digital platforms
You have a strong ability to manage social media communities with timely and helpful responses
You can juggle and fully manage multiple social media channels simultaneously
You are aware of industry trends and help track what competitors are doing to provide well-informed recommendations
You seek innovative ways to help our Talent Acquisition organization meet objectives
You are organized with a strong attention to detail
You create a positive working environment; foster open and honest communication
You possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are easily adaptable to change with a self-motivated, can-do attitude
You are skilled in campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
You can manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets
You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, copywriting, and legal
Building relationships and network with associates at all levels to be on-camera talent
Support execution of our employer brand social media strategy, with guidance from senior team members
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong video stitching and editing skills to create seamless, engaging short-form content across platforms
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and scheduling software
Understanding platform-specific optimization to improve content discoverability
Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
Travel up to 25% required

The Team
The content/social media team is a rapidly growing and highly energized group within the Enterprise Talent Marketing and Partnerships organization at Fidelity. The team operates in a highly collaborative, open, and supportive manner. The output from the team creates broader awareness of the Fidelity employer brand and drives substantial engagement with audiences through brand social media conversations and content. The Social Media Associate role will be a key member of this team and will support the operations, execution, and optimization of social media initiatives across the team.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
