You should have a consistent track record of interacting successfully with senior management and possess excellent communication abilities. Your ability to exercise discretion and judgment, while delivering on confidential and complex tasks, is crucial. Advanced administrative skills are required to support daily executive needs and various projects. You should be flexible, adaptable, and a great teammate who builds solid relationships across the company.
Specific skills and qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Must have 4 plus years of senior executive admin experience or equivalent administrative experience.
- Ideally, strong familiarity with or direct experience working in a contact center or operations environment.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills, proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Office Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who has the initiative to proactively identify and resolve problems and know when to seek clarification or assistance
- Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and have excellent communication skills
- Acts as a thought partner by anticipating needs and translating direction into action
- Flexible and willing to adapt to different work styles, preferences, and frequently changing priorities
- Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across the company ranging from connection to candor with a 'we over me' mentality
- Strong abilities in event planning
- Demonstrates strong technology proficiency and a willingness to learn and adopt new systems
