About your team

Resourcing is a global HR team operating as the face of Fidelity International with the candidate experience at the heart of everything we do.

In rapidly changing markets, we act as brand ambassadors, partnering with our businesses to ensure we attract and secure exceptional diverse talent contributing to our vision of building better financial futures for our customers.

The team act as the primary owners for the recruitment process for a given portfolio of stakeholders, aligned to specific business units. Operating as business and market experts, the team should operate in a proactive, consultative manner, leading and guiding the stakeholders through best pracfice approach to building an appropriate job specification, influenced by market intelligence, an efficient sourcing strategy and assessment approach that identifies the best talent in the market. Your team will work alongside the candidate engagement / sourcing team, giving clear briefs and handoffs, as well as holding them accountable for a quality of supply. Effective shortlists, quality of engagement and conversion ratios will be key metrics to driving efficiency.

About your role

Working closely with your stakeholders across the India platforms, you are accountable for leading the recruitment delivery for your business vertical, in the manner and approach set you by the Global Head of Experienced and set out as below:

  • Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders of your aligned business functions in order to deliver a value add, consultative recruitment service
  • You will conduct comprehensive intake briefings for all requisitions, leveraging your market knowledge, external talent insights and knowledge of processes to set out an effective hiring strategy
  • You are accountable for leading your business stakeholders in best practice assessment and selection approach, in line with Global Resourcing policies, and Interview Frameworks
  • Working alongside the sourcing / candidate engagement team, present an effective shortlist of matched candidates who are briefed, engaged and ready to progress
  • Managing key supplier relationships (3rd party agencies where required) for your business unit
  • Supporting and delivering the Resourcing D&I recruitment strategy
  • Executing commercially astute offer processes in line both with operational policy and reward frameworks
  • Ensure proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders at all times
  • Working with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure we remain competitive

  • Proven specialist recruitment expertise, ideally gained within Financial Services
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Problem solving skills as part of a customer focused delivery
  • Knowledge of Workday Recruitment Module
  • Pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience
