The Role

The Manager, Data Analytics and Insights performs critical functions to support daily operations, including detailed data analysis, issue identification and resolution, and helpdesk support. Quality, accuracy, and timeliness are essential to the success of this function.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an investment or financial services operations environment.
  • Hands-on experience with investment data (e.g., securities, mutual funds, indices) across different subject areas like characteristics and reference data.
  • Required technical skills include a strong working knowledge of SQL and MS Office, while experience with Python is highly desirable, and familiarity with tools like R Studio is a plus.
  • You are comfortable working independently and can respond effectively to a changing work environment.
  • You combine analytical thinking with the confidence to make recommendations on an appropriate course of action.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • You think outside the box and strive for continuous improvement.
  • You can respond effectively to a dynamically changing work environment and positively influence business outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$153,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
