Job Title: Associate Financial Analyst
The Role
Financial Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the group with the Daily Reserve Computation under SEC Rule 15c3-3 and Monthly Net Capital Reporting under SEC Rule 15c3-1 as well as daily High Level Reporting.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Strategic thinker who can take an end-to-end view of an issue and develop multiple solutions
Advanced experience with various software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects) and demonstrated aptitude for building financial models for complex processes
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business partners at varying levels of the organization
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization with a desire to drive projects to completion
Flexible, self-motivated individual that will bring energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
Excellent problem-solving skills; prioritizing work, breaking down issues, taking an end-to-end view, and proposing alternative solution.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple detailed processes in a time sensitive environment.
The Team
The Regulatory Reporting Team is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and filing of various financial regulatory reports in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirement.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$105,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
