EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join their Government and Public Sector team in Brussels. The role involves supporting consulting projects for public administrations, delivering cross-functional team work, and contributing to business development activities. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of management consulting experience, preferably in the public sector.
This role focuses on supporting project teams in day-to-day client project execution, preparing business proposals, managing projects, understanding client issues, conducting interviews and analyses, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings and recommendations to client representatives.
Candidates must have a Master's degree from a top-tier university, 2-4 years of management consulting experience, strong knowledge of public policy, organization design, process analysis, and proven experience in at least 3 government and public sector projects in Belgium. Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills are essential.
