Scrum Master - Agile Coach

Primary responsibilities include guiding EY and client teams in Agile frameworks, acting as a Scrum Master for digital transformation projects, coaching other Scrum Masters, designing Agile implementation blueprints, and facilitating high-performing, self-organizing teams.

Required experience includes 2+ years as a Scrum Master, proven expertise in Agile coaching, knowledge of scaling frameworks like SAFe, proficiency in Agile delivery tools, and ability to work in multicultural environments with excellent communication skills.
