Job description
EY is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead with deep expertise in financial technology services for banking and insurance sectors. The role requires leading complex SAP implementation projects, designing technical solutions, and driving digital transformation in financial services.
Provide expert consulting services to insurance and banking clients by advising on SAP technical strategy and digital transformation. Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing SAP solution environments that align with client business objectives and technology roadmaps. Translate complex financial requirements into high-level architectural blueprints, demonstrating a clear vision and understanding of client needs.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, with minimum 5 years of professional software development experience focused on banking and/or insurance industry. Required skills include extensive SAP R/3, SAP ERP FI/CO modules, and SAP S/4HANA Finance knowledge. Proven experience leading SAP teams and projects is essential, with strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
