EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join their Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team. The role focuses on optimizing and digitalizing complex financial processes, working closely with CFOs, treasurers, and financial managers to increase productivity through process improvements and digital transformation.
The primary responsibilities include participating in projects related to financial process optimization, digitalization of finance operations, and implementing IT solutions in finance and treasury. The consultant will coordinate work with individual clients and internal teams, and participate in mentoring and coaching of junior colleagues.
Required experience includes a university degree in economics or technical field, minimum 3-4 years of work experience in finance, audit, or consulting. Candidates must have proven experience in mapping and optimizing internal processes, strong communication skills, project management experience, and a client-oriented mindset.
