Data-Driven Insurance Business Analyst

As a Data-Driven Insurance Business Analyst, you will develop and maintain client relationships, assist in project planning and execution, conduct comprehensive business analysis, gather functional and non-functional requirements, and communicate directly with customer representatives. Your responsibilities include supporting project deliverables and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years of corporate IT experience. Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in relational database design, data warehousing, SQL analysis, data cleaning and preparation, and data visualization techniques. Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with Agile methodologies are highly valued.
