Job description
EY Transaction Advisory Services is seeking a trainee consultant in Bordeaux for a position starting in March 2025. The role involves working in a team to support financial investors and corporate clients in various transaction-related tasks, including due diligence, financial analysis, and business valuations. Ideal candidates are engineering or business school students with a strong analytical background and financial skills.
Primary responsibilities include conducting rigorous financial, legal, fiscal, social, and regulatory due diligence for acquisition targets. The intern will analyze and present financial data, contribute to comprehensive reports that help clients understand the financial quality, operational conditions, financial stability, and development prospects of potential acquisition targets.
Required experience includes being a second or final-year student from an engineering or business school, preferably with prior experience in audit, transaction support, valuation, investment banking, or financial analysis. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and a methodical approach to financial analysis.
