Job description
EY People Consulting is seeking experienced Senior profiles to help clients navigate complex HR and social transformation projects. The role involves strategic HR consulting, focusing on job and skills transformation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and social dialogue across various private sector organizations.
Primary responsibilities include leading comprehensive HR transformation projects such as job and skills mapping, developing career mobility pathways, conducting prospective job analysis, drafting GPEC agreements, and supporting talent market place strategies.
Required experience involves a strong background in HR or labor law, excellent communication skills in French and English, demonstrating advanced analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex social transformation projects with multiple stakeholders.
