Primary responsibilities include identifying strategic priorities, integrating and deploying existing operational model optimization methodologies, preparing business cases for operational excellence initiatives, supporting deployment of target operational models across international platforms, facilitating change management, training teams on new operational models, and ensuring comprehensive project reporting and tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an international consulting environment, with a background from engineering or business schools. They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactivity, quick understanding of operational transformation challenges, and proficiency in project methodologies.
