What role you will play in our team

As an Application Change Management System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and continuous evolution of our critical systems. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will collaborate closely with various IT support teams to plan, manage, and implement changes efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining high system performance. This role places you at the core of our operations, where your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability and scalability of our technology landscape.

 

You will drive end-to-end change management processes across a diverse application environment, primarily focusing on SAP systems while also supporting broader platforms.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

 
  • Solid experience with SAP environments and change management processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Focused Build) and SAP Transport Management System (STMS)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and change tracking
  • Understanding of system landscape management across multi-tier environments
  • Experience supporting production systems, including change freezes, upgrades, and migrations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint
  • Advanced communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

 

Nice to have

 

  • Experience with SAP BASIS and broader SAP technical architecture
  • Familiarity with LiveCompare and impact analysis tools
  • Exposure to ServiceNow development and/or scripting skills
  • Knowledge of AGILE methodologies and ways of working
  • Experience working in large, global, and distributed teams
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
