Position Description:

As a Product Technology Engineer, you will apply engineering skills and polymer product knowledge to support ExxonMobils polypropylene and elastomer business. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional global teams to enable effective product, application, and solution development that delivers business value.

Key Responsibilities:
   Provide technical support and maintain effective technical relationships with existing and prospective customers to support business development objectives.
   Address product performance and processing related issues, and clearly articulate the value of ExxonMobils performance products.
   Identify and pursue new product and application opportunities by translating market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights into technical solutions.
   Lead technical projects or contribute as a member of regional or global teams to develop new products or application solutions that demonstrate clear value propositions.
   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to support product portfolio development and business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
   M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to practical challenges.
   Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams.
   Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
   Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
