Department Description

The Group People Development & Culture department provides all employees and managers with tailored, future-oriented training and development programs for their ongoing competence development. Maximum business orientation, consideration of trends and changes, as well as a strong focus on a modern and innovative learning portfolio are at the center of our actions. In addition, we actively promote Diversity & Inclusion by embedding inclusive practices into our learning culture, fostering equal opportunities, and creating initiatives that celebrate diverse perspectives across the organization.

Your Tasks

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of training and development programs
  • Assist with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives (e.g., awareness activities, internal events, and employee resource group activities)
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of measures that strengthen the learning, diversity and inclusion culture at group level
  • Contribute to digital learning formats and support community management
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of learning and team processes (e.g., templates, workflow simplification, documentation)
  • Handle ongoing administrative and organizational tasks within the department

Your Background

  • Ongoing (FH/Uni) studies with an economic focus and interest in personnel development topics
  • Enjoyment of teamwork, showing commitment and resilience, and characterized by strong communication skills
  • Digitally savvy and open to agile working methods where you can demonstrate creativity, structure, and a sense of responsibility
  • Quick learner, enjoys trying new things, and can complete tasks independently
