Full Job Description

The role is expected to support the Total Rewards agenda including compensation and Benefits, employee wellness, policies etc.  This position reports to the Compensation Leader and will work closely with internal stakeholders like Strategic Consulting team, Talent development, Finance, Brand Marketing team etc to deliver Total Reward solutions.
 
Essential Functions of the Job:
   Manage the compensation increase exercise including budgeting, administering and the letter role out process. 
   Variable pay bonus administration and rollout of variable pay bonus letters.
   Participate in annual salary surveys and provide analysis and recommendations for any job match and/or level changes
   Partner with Talent shared services team to ensure accuracy in HR data including compensation, levels, titles, bonus program.
   Create ad-hoc reports and analysis as necessary.
   Payroll administration revision inputs, VPB inputs etc.
   Evaluate and compare existing benefit programs to identify key differences and possible areas of alignment.
   Transforming existing benefit programs by recommending design changes that would work from Global, local cultural perspective and cutting through a diverse workforce.
   Ensure HMO and other social benefits are enrolled with the agencies on time.
GHRS uploads details on compensation, promotion / progression details
Compensation budgeting exercise and input gathering. 
   LEAD and Compensation revision process.
   Partnering with the STC teams and other delivery functions to communicate & administer the compensation plans.
   Hiring grid administration and ensure hiring needs are addressed on time. 
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
   5 - 8 years experience.
   Expert MS Excel (i.e. working with complex formulas) and PowerPoint skills, 
   Exposure to compensation in the areas of merit pay programs, retention and bonus plans, and salary surveys etc
   Ability to work independently, and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
   Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
