Talent Consultant, Supervising Associate

As a Talent Consultant supervising associate, youll be at the heart of that goal, partnering with a diverse team of professionals to provide people-driven HR services. Your key responsibilities
Youll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating human resources activities for a specific population. Working closely with other Talent team members, youll implement, execute and influence innovative HR programs and processes in line with our Talent agenda, including performance management, compensation and career development. Youll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders. Youll also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to staffing, headcount, budgets and compensation to identify trends and make appropriate recommendations.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Five-plus years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong command of English Language (written and oral)
- Cross boarder working knowledge
- Financial Services knowledge (ex. Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and/or Wealth Management)
Ideally, youll also have
- Society for Human Resource Management certification
- Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment
