Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Technical ServiceNow  to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has strong handson development experience, integration expertise, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality ServiceNow implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with ServiceNow deployment, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver endtoend ServiceNow development covering workflows, business rules, scripts, UI actions, and integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during UAT, deployment, and postgolive phases.
  • Flow designer & workflow



Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong english communication skill.
  • Minimum 3+  years of handson experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API, Workflow and catalog development, ServiceNow administration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow deployment processes, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Rest/Soap Integration, MID Server, LDAP / SSO Integration.
  • Strong technical skill: Java Script, Glide API, Business rules/Client script/UI policies.
