Areas of Responsibility

Leading and managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery of client engagements

Preparing high-quality reports, valuation deliverables, and commercial proposals

Actively participating in and leading client and internal meetings, including presentations of results
-
Developing and reviewing financial models, business plans, and investment analyses
-
Preparing and reviewing valuation reports and client presentations
-
Conducting negotiations with clients and supporting relationship management
-
Supporting senior management in business development, team growth, and knowledge sharing
-
Coaching and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and providing feedback
-
Participating in the Companys recruitment activities, conferences, trainings, and thought leadership initiativsRequirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
-
4+ years of relevant professional experience in investment analysis, business valuation, financial modeling, and preparation of business plans

Proven project management and team leadership experience

Professional certifications such as CFA, ASA, ACCA, MBA, or RK State Appraiser License are a strong advantage

Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)
