Your key responsibilities

 

As a Senior Consultant, in our People Consulting team, you will be part of multiple projects that require you to give the best advice to our clients using your knowledge and experience to provide the best outcomes. The job description is the following one:

  • Develop various HR strategic projects for multiple clients;
  • Design and implementing HR operating models and organizational structures;
  • Improve HR process efficiency and manage people risks;
  • Advise organizations on a range of people-related challenges;
  • Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches;
  • Creating innovative and proportionate insights for our clients, adapting methods and practices to fit their business needs;
  • Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities (Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges;
  • Clearly articulate key messages and information across a number of communication platforms;
  • Rapidly establish personal credibility and work confidently with stakeholders;
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities, by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients;
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership material, by conducting research to identify latest market trends. 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Academic education in Human Resources Management or similar fields of study;
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions;
  • Experience in a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s);
  • Focused in project management;
  • Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions;
  • Full English Proficiency;
  • Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
