The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Business Transformation team within Financial Services.
In this role, you will work with leading financial institutions, supporting complex transformation initiatives across business and technology. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, IT teams and executive leadership, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic and operational change programs.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects covering areas such as digital transformation, customer experience, core transformation and process optimization, while developing a holistic view of the financial services landscape.
Your key responsibilities
Support and lead workstreams within business and technology transformation projects in the financial services sector
Analyse, design and optimize business processes and customer journeys, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Translate business needs into clear, structured and actionable functional requirements and user stories
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Develop high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, analyses) with clear storytelling tailored to executive audiences
Manage priorities and multiple topics in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Support project governance, Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery models

To qualify for the role, you must have
45 years of experience in business consulting
Experience in banking and/or financial services
Proven experience in process analysis, design and reengineering (BPM, workflows, or similar)
Experience in customer journey mapping and customer experience (CX) initiatives
Experience in defining functional requirements and user stories
Participation in transformation programs, including digital transformation or core system initiatives
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other iterative delivery models
Strong PowerPoint and structured storytelling skills
Fluency in English
Availability to travel according to project needs
