Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Create and manage detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
  • Write clear and concise User Stories with acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support requirement validation and business decisions.
  • Develop and interpret UML diagrams and data mapping documents to support system design and integration.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Support UAT and production rollout activities.
  • Apply BA tools and techniques to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.

 

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Experience in User Story creation and backlog grooming.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis.
  • Expertise in documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data mapping and UML diagrams.
  • Basic understanding of Finance and Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) domains.

 

 

Good-to-Have Skills:

 

  • Exposure to API documentation and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps concepts.
  • Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in financial services.
  • Certification in CBAP, CSPO, or Agile BA is a plus.
