Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Create and manage detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Write clear and concise User Stories with acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support requirement validation and business decisions.
- Develop and interpret UML diagrams and data mapping documents to support system design and integration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
- Support UAT and production rollout activities.
- Apply BA tools and techniques to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis processes, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience in User Story creation and backlog grooming.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Expertise in documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.).
- Knowledge of data mapping and UML diagrams.
- Basic understanding of Finance and Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) domains.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to API documentation and integration projects.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps concepts.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in financial services.
- Certification in CBAP, CSPO, or Agile BA is a plus.
