EY is growing its Nordic SAP practice as organizations transition from legacy ERP landscapes to SAP S/4HANA. This is an exciting opportunity to join largescale, highimpact transformation programs where finance processes, technology and ways of working come together. You will work alongside highperforming teams, leverage EYs global capabilities and play a handson role in helping clients improve financial performance using modern SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.

Your role responsibilities

 

In this role, you will support endtoend delivery in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects with a focus on Finance and Controlling. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, translate them into system solutions and ensure highquality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Your responsibilities will include executing SAP FI and/or CO design, configuration and testing tasks, contributing to solution design decisions, and supporting documentation and validation activities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and other functional streams to ensure seamless endtoend process integration. Clear communication, structured execution and ownership of your tasks are key to delivering consistently high client value.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in project environments and feel confident taking responsibility for your own deliverables while contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You have handson experience in SAP Finance (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) and can translate business requirements into practical system solutions.

 

You are comfortable working with both business users and technical colleagues, communicate clearly in English, and bring a collaborative, proactive mindset to everything you do. You are curious about SAP S/4HANA and motivated to continuously deepen your skills as technologies and ways of working evolve.

 

 

Ideally, youll also

 

You may have experience with SAP Central Finance or a strong interest in AI, Intelligent Automation and how emerging technologies can further optimize finance processes and decisionmaking.

We are looking for team member with relevant experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling implementations, supported by a Masters degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance or Information Technology. Professional working proficiency in English is essential.
