Join our Forensic & Integrity Services (FIS) team be a beacon of integrity in a complex corporate landscape, advising clients on regulatory compliance, resolving intricate disputes and bolstering honesty and transparency in business practices.  

 

The opportunity  

As a Regulatory Compliance Consultant, youll help our clients to address critical challenges in regulatory compliance and financial crime areas. Together with your colleagues you will be advising organizations on how to navigate complex nuances of money laundering and fraud prevention, sanctions implementation as well as adherence to laws and regulations. With EY, youll not only be at the forefront of shaping industry practices and delivering top-tier insights but also accelerating your career in a collaborative, international setting. 

 

Your key responsibilities  

  • Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on projects related to regulatory compliance and financial crime, including AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud and internal control systems. 

  • Analyze processes and procedures to identify instances of potential non-compliance with laws and regulations as well as other corporate risks. 

  • Advise clients on how to remediate identified process deficiencies as well as establish and maintain effective control mechanisms within their organizations. 

  • Together with more senior team members look for new opportunities to create value for our clients. 

 

Attributes to thrive in the role  

  • University degree in Law, Finance, Business or related areas and solid academic record, work experience in the respective fields will be considered an advantage.  

  • Curiosity and knowledge of Lithuanian and international compliance and anti-financial crime regulations. 

  • Attention to detail, proactiveness, conceptual thinking, pragmatic approach, sense of ownership, ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.  

  • Resilience and dedication to excel professionally, with a resourceful and innovative mindset. 

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to leverage Excel.  

  • Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English. 

  • Consulting or Big4 experience will be considered an advantage.
