The Opportunity
EY is looking for an experienced Workday Manager with over 10-13 years of IT and HR technology expertise to lead our Workday initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Workday HCM, integrations, and payroll, with strong leadership skills to manage technical teams and deliver enterprise-wide HR solutions. A Workday certification will be considered a significant advantage.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead technical workstreams for Workday implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
Gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
Configure integrations, reports, security, BPs, and data loads
Support release management, issue resolution, and system enhancements
Work directly with client stakeholders and guide junior consultants
Skills and attributes for success
Strong expertise in Workday HCM modules and integrations
Proven experience in payroll configuration, compliance, and impact analysis
Hands-on experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Ability to bridge business and technology, delivering practical and scalable solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Workday releases
Experience in managing vendor relationships and external consultants
