Job Description

 

A skilled D365 CRM Technical candidate with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, leveraging both functional knowledge and technical expertise to deliver robust CRM solutions while leading a team of consultants.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Functional Consulting:

 

  • Map business processes to Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
  • Ability to configure CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

 

 

Technical Development:

 

  • Customize CRM using JavaScript, HTML, and Plugins.
  • Design and implement Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules.
  • Develop and deploy PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls.
  • Work with Virtual Tables to integrate external data sources.
  • Build and maintain Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.
  • Integrate CRM with other systems using Web APIs and Azure services.
  • Optimize the use of out-of-the-box features and identify areas for custom development.

 

 

Support & Documentation:

 

  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.

 

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).

 

 

Proficiency in:

 

  • JavaScript, HTML, C#/.NET for plugin development.
  • Power Platform: Canvas Apps, Power Automate, PCF.
  • Dataverse, Virtual Tables, Custom Actions, Workflows.
  • SQL, FetchXML, SSRS for reporting.
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team coordination abilities.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:
