Your key responsibilities

 

  • Support and deal the immigration and labor compliance which will include:
  • Obtain the Business visa
  • Obtain the foreign quota
  • Work permit and workbook for expatriate and Cambodian workers
  • Staff movement declarations
  • Prepare and submit monthly National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
  • Support in register company with the Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (i.e. initial register, register change of companys information and de-register company)
  • Support and deal all related immigration, labor and company registration compliance tasks
  • Communicate with public service authorities and client locally and globally
  • Perform other tasks that may be required by management from time to time

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

To qualify for the role you must fulfil the following requirement:

 

  • Year 4 students or fresh graduate in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration or other related fields are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in immigration work such as initial visa and visa extension, work permit, workbook, foreign quota, staff movement declaration, NSSF and registration work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Cambodia Labor and Commercial Law and practical implementation
  • Knowledge of payroll, taxation law and accounting is an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Client service oriented
  • Assertive, energetic, sociable and able to be trusted with confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow and execute instructions
  • Good command on computer literacy (MS Word and Power Point)

 

Ideally, youll also have

  • Good logic thoughts, high sense of responsibility, proactive, well-organized and mature
  • Careful and paying attention to details, service mindset
  • Result-oriented, able to work under pressure
